Convenient Stay Near Transportation Hub
immediate access reliable air conditioning on-site dining efficient staff
The location offers immediate access to public transportation options, which I found very useful. The room had reliable air conditioning, a feature I greatly needed after a long day (especially given the weather). I appreciated the availability of on-site dining options. The food was decent. I also liked that the staff efficiently stored luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
The bathroom fixtures showed some wear and could use an update.
Dining
8/10
The hotel restaurant serves a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, from local dishes to continental choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Lunch and dinner options are also available. The service is quick and efficient.

excellent location mini bar good water torn carpet defective window room cockroaches
the location was excellent. it was near the monorail station and the nu sentral mall. reaching everywhere by public transport was easy. i noticed many convenient stores and mini markets around. they provided a mini bar in the room and the water pressure was good! there was also a water dispenser near the lift.
i saw a lot of cockroaches inside the room. this was a big problem. the hotel should renovate urgently. The carpets were torn, and the windows were defective.
