the location is excellent because it is very close to the train station (making travel easy). access to food is wonderfully convenient as many choices are available nearby. the staff were also very accommodating and provided helpful assistance.
the air conditioning did not work very well, even after adjusting it to the lowest setting. the room remained too warm.

The room had reliable air conditioning, a feature I greatly needed after a long day (especially given the weather). I appreciated the availability of on-site dining options. The food was decent. I also liked that the staff efficiently stored luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
The bathroom fixtures showed some wear and could use an update.

the location was excellent. it was near the monorail station and the nu sentral mall. reaching everywhere by public transport was easy. i noticed many convenient stores and mini markets around. they provided a mini bar in the room and the water pressure was good! there was also a water dispenser near the lift.
i saw a lot of cockroaches inside the room. this was a big problem. the hotel should renovate urgently. The carpets were torn, and the windows were defective.
